AllPay - all tenants are provided with a payment card.

Once there, you will be asked for your swipe-card serial number, then follow the on-screen instructions.

Your AllPay swipe-card can also be used at any Post Office or Payzone and Pay Point terminal located in shops, supermarkets. You can telephone Allpay direct on 0870 243 6040.

Direct Debit or Standing Order through your bank.

To pay by direct debit please contact us.  We can set up your direct debit for you and your rent will be taken from your account automatically when your payment is due.  When there is a rent increase we can automatically amend the amount you pay saving you time and any worry. For a standing order you will also need to complete a form which you can get from your bank. Payments will then be taken automatically when they are due but you will need to remember to make any changes direct with your bank if your rent changes.
